This week we take a look at an ongoing project Andrew has been engaged to supervise and complete in Anglesea. A holiday house, the property was first purchased in the early 1980s by Kevin and Beverly Efurth. Kevin and Beverly are long term clients of Andrew Fedorowicz, with Andrew having remodelled and further developed the Efurth home located in Moonee Ponds to their great satisfaction and ongoing pleasure and enjoyment.
The Moonee Ponds home is featured on the Balance Architecture and Interior Design website and it is indeed a magnificent renovation and redevelopment completed meticulously to Andrew Fedorowicz’ architectural drawings and plans.
The current house is a family’s beach house, built in the early 1980s. A two story home with a weatherlex top story and a rendered brick lower story.
Andrew has now completed the plans for the site redevelopment. These include a new roof over a rear verandah that creates a large entertainment living area for billiards, audio visual and for entertaining guests.
Another major addition is the formidable 2 car garage with very high ceilings designed to comfortably house the family’s boats complete with a large storage room in the rear.
To complete the makeover there is a new contemporary facade that brings the whole property into the 21st century with a modern look more appropriate to today’s standards, including new architraves on the front windows to give a more substantial visual adding kerbside appeal.
